The vast majority of students that I work with don’t live in Boise so they travel to Boise to train with me on a full-time basis.
I don’t have provide accommodation or transportation. Most students find an AirBnB and either rent a car or rely on ride sharing services.
After you’ve made your deposit, Trent will go ahead and schedule all of your flights in the scheduling software so you will know well in advance what your flying schedule will be.
Obviously, factors like weather and aircraft maintenance are factors beyond my control and they will impact your training schedule.
My goal is to have you fly 4-5 days per week. Training flights are on weekdays only; unless otherwise specified.
For ground school, I recommend you enroll in Gold Seal’s program. I don’t personally teach ground school. If you require 1:1 ground school, we’ll arrange for lessons from one of my colleagues.

The amount you spend to reach your training goals will be the byproduct of the hourly rate for the aircraft and my instruction, multiplied by the number of hours you require to become proficient.
My instructor rate and the aircraft rental rates are shown on the aircraft page.
I don’t provide estimates of the total costs because if I haven’t flown with you, I have no idea how long it will take you to become proficient.
